4. Empowerment & Growth
After traumatic experiences, you may start to view yourself differently - often in a distorted or negative way. In this stage, we help build upon newly emerging healthy beliefs of self and help you reconnect with the person you are. This stage also involves reconnecting to your life in a meaningful way.
